We love your kids, but due to capacity constraints at the venue, we can only accommodate kids of immediate family members and the wedding party.

Yes! All wedding guests are invited to all events described on the Events page.

If you’d like to attend all of the festivities, please plan to arrive the afternoon of July 22 and depart the morning of July 25 (3 nights). The wedding ceremony and reception is on July 24.

Yes. The area is remote and ride share apps are very limited, so you will need a car to get to the venue from the airport.

We ask that you leave your doggies at home for this trip or board them during the wedding event days. There are several dog boarding options in the Tahoe/Reno area. Please let us know if you have questions on boarding arrangements.

Please submit a form on the RSVP page of this website as soon as you can, but no later than April 1, 2024.

See the Events page for wedding event attire. All events will be outdoors and on uneven surfaces, so we recommend bringing layers and saving your stiletto heels from eminent ruin.

Don’t forget to bring activewear and swimsuits if you’d like to participate in any outdoor activities that the venue and surrounding area has to offer. Sunscreen and bug spray are a must!

Weather in the Sierras fluctuates during the summer. We expect weather to be hot during the day (80-90°F) and cool during the evening (50-60°F).

We will be spending the rest of the week (through Sunday) in Kings Beach, on the north shore of Lake Tahoe. Everyone is welcome to extend the vacation! We recommend booking an Airbnb or vacation rental ASAP if you’d like to do so.

Let us know if you plan to stay in the Tahoe area longer, so we can loop you in on any informal plans (e.g., beach days at Moon Dunes) .

Yes! We will be hosting several meals during the event days, but we understand if you want to bring something specific of your own. Each room has a mini fridge and some cabins are even equipped with kitchenettes and barbecues.
